The Board of Directors does not care about the quality or the reputation. KB Home only interested in quick profits at your expense and time - with the cheap materials and undocumented workers at this job site. They will undervalue your home just to suit their short term business objective. There is no Lemon Law in California so you’re stuck with it. Years later they will still be in your home trying to fix what should have been done correctly in the first place. The Corporate greed still running high in America – it’s called KB Home. BTW Bruce Karatz the former CEO of KB faces up to 60 years in prison when he gets sentenced September 2010. Or should that “Advocator” be arrested for facilitating terrorism? It doesn’t appear possible to stop terrorist organizations recruiting in America, individuals to commit terrorist acts on U.S. Soil, if U.S. Government is constrained from arresting persons that disseminate ideologies—understood to condone murder of U.S. Citizens. Some Americans allege Protected Speech stops U.S. Government arresting “religious and ideological disseminators” when they don’t ask Americans to kill other Americans, but that is an oxymoron when the subject of dissemination condones killing U.S. Citizens; consequently terrorist organizations have free rein to recruit in America, followers to cause mass murder and catastrophic damage. Common sense dictates, no person should be permitted to disseminate in America any religion or ideology that condones killing Americans; other countries to protect their Citizens don’t hesitate to arrest “religious and ideological disseminators” that promulgate subject matter that condones murdering nonbelievers: if Americans don’t take action to stop this kind of dissemination, they may not later be able to stop it spreading in their homeland.

Re: US World Cup fate to be determined Wednesday

Of course the seas will get whipped up into a frenzy, and should one of the hurricanes pass over where the oil is collecting I felt that surely some of it would be sucked up into the developing storm.

My first place to visit for information on this was the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration web site, which told me categorically there would be no oil in rain related to a hurricane. I was dissatisfied (dare I say distrustful?) of that seemingly blasé comment, so went searching further for information.

http://just-me-in-t.blogspo...

Re: ‘Don’t ask’ deal spotlights Sarvis

    (AP)

My three year old daughter was nearly run down right in front of me last fall by a texting driver. It changed me but I don’t hate texting. The way I see it, that would be like hating nightfall – its coming no matter what. 72% of teens text every single day - some over 3000 times a month. The texting drivers I spoke with, including teens and truckers, all said that laws and Big Brother type software devices that "lock down" their phones would not deter them at all. They feel their civil liberties slipping away. So I built a tool called OTTER for the individual to help manage their texting on their terms.

OTTER is a comprehensive text management system for the home, office and certainly, the highway. It has GPS based Parental Control Feature for teen drivers, a GPS Mode for adult who choose to use it and an Auto reply with unlimited customized responses. We are getting 4.5 to 5 star rating from the tech community and great response from teen groups and safety organizations. We have heard of teens using OTTER to schedule their own "texting blackout periods" so they can get some homework done without feeling disconnected from their social network. If a teen uses OTTER like this, then we think they will see the benefit of OTTER's road safety features. We are not going to stop until change hits our roads and not just our laws. Please give us your feedback.

Best,
Erik Wood, owner
OTTER LLC
http://www.OTTERapp.com
http://www.youtube.com/watc...

Re: US asks BP to clarify cleanup intentions as Gulf spill gushes on

It is 1-877-256-3265. Thanks!

"…We want to reassure all parents that the materials used in the new diaper are not new -- they are the same type used in our previous products -- and do not and cannot cause so-called chemical burns or other serious skin conditions. We have encouraged these parents who have contacted us to speak with their own pediatricians about the true nature and cause of these problems.

To date, there have been in excess of two billion diaper changes using the new product, with only a handful of rash complaints, none of which were shown to be caused by the type of materials in our product. In fact, we have received fewer than two complaints about diaper rash for every one million diapers sold, which is average for our business and does not deviate from the number of calls we received prior to Dry Max. The majority of our consumers are telling us that they prefer the Dry Max product over the ones it replaced because it is 20% thinner than before…”

Re: Pakistan native admits to Times Square bomb plot

It should not be surprising because for anyone who knows the history of the Church, rampant sexual abuses of all kinds were quite commonplace for centuries. During the Middle Ages the Church had absolute power over people, and the people had no power at all to do anything, nor anyone to complain to. One can only imagine the lurid events in convents, monasteries, abbeys and other houses of God. That clergy went on doing this until the present time is only natural.

The trouble for the Church is, these days the environment outside the Church is different. A priest can no longer do as he pleases with the boys in church because these days the child can speak out without fear of being flogged by his parents, or bringing shame to the family, or excommunication, or even a visit to an Inquisition dungeon. So, the only difference between now and the 14th century is that now there’s an open press, a somewhat liberal society, and an inexorable distancing from religion and thus from the despotic yoke of the Church.

But no one should expect the Pope to make the right thing now, namely defrock these pederast priests and hand them over to the civil authorities for prosecution, because that is not what popes do. No, popes do not have the interests of Justice and the victims in mind, they have the interests of the Holy Church in mind, and that means thinking in the long term. And when it comes to thinking ahead and thinking of what will be best for the Church in the long term, the answer is always demurrals, delays, silence, and stonewalling for decades—even generations—until there’s no one alive who lived through the events in question, and the events are forgotten by all except some historians. By the time they narrate the events in history books, the people are so detached that the stories sound almost quaint. It’s like stories of the massacres perpetrated by Catholics in the name of religion during the Crusades or even the Religious Wars. Or the tortures and persecutions of the Inquisition. Who is revolted by these things these days? We would if they had just happened. But we are not because they happened so long ago that we tend to view them in the same way as the barbarous actions of any people in antiquity. This is the strategy of silent popes. It has worked wonderfully for the Church in the past. It’s up to right minded people today to prevent it from working for them again.

Gabriel Wilensky
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Author
Six Million Crucifixions:
How Christian Teachings About Jews Paved the Road to the Holocaust
http://www.SixMillionCrucif...
Follow me on Twitter at http://twitter.com/sixmilli...
Become a Fan on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/Six...
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Re: Census mail results could be trouble for 5 states

The main issue with the complaint is a fraudulent loan originated by Fremont in June 2006. This in turn produced an array of other
issues: unsigned deed of trust, over billing issues, lost payments, excessive balloon payment, back dated assignments, illegal non-judicial foreclosure documentation, missing documentation, illegally reporting to my credit, falsifying declarations, 6 week TRO's, court procedures not followed, judges wait until the courtroom is cleared to rule against a TRO (both times); retired (78 year old) judge ruled against a seated judges TRO where the retired judge took 30 minutes to read a 300 page brief. The whole time they have been ignoring my request and failing to give me the required documentation so that I can rescind the loan. Goldman Sachs dba Litton Loan Servicing has been aggressively trying to foreclose on my property. I believe to cash out for insurance reasons. (It's over a million dollar loan) I have invested over $400,000 into this property for the past 5 years and if I had known about this mortgage meltdown game played by Wall Street I would have never proceeded with this Real Estate transaction. The Media and the Government has not once addressed or helped the borrower, namely me, who also has been damaged by these defaulted CDO's.

A Time line of what's going on with Goldman Sachs to show how they are scheming to pursue foreclosures for the insurance by acquiring distressed, shelled fraudulent companies which will eventually or haven't already gone BK...

	Oct 26, 2005 Litton Loan Servicing Class Action - mishandling loans, servicing over 400,000 borrowers - case settled Feb 17, 2009 for $537 (limited due to class status)
	Feb 27, 2007 FDIC Cease and Desist - Fremont Reorganizing for illegal loan practices, et al., (largest predatory lenders who heavily solicited brokers for their schemes)
	Oct 16, 2007 Massachusetts Lawsuit vs Fremont and Goldman Sachs - Predatory Lending Practices - settled May 11, 2009 for $60 mil
	Dec 11, 2007 - Goldman Sachs Acquires Litton Loan Servicing
	June 2, 2008 Litton (Goldman Sachs) Acquires Fremont Reorganizing Servicing Rights
	June 19, 2008 Fremont Reorganizing files BK
	Apr 16, 2010 - SEC vs Goldman Sachs - Securities Fraud

Here is the link to my blog http://bushnellcomplaint.bl... if you want to download court documents pertaining to my case.

Note: My wife is pursuing individuals who are interested in joining her in a class action lawsuit with regards to violation of her community property rights in a wrongful foreclosure. If you are in a community property state and a spouse is not on title you may have grounds for legal action.
